Darryl M. Washington
Darryl has taught the "Pass the Exam" seminar for many years. Darryl holds the following credentials: licensed home inspector, licensed electrical contractor, a HUD 203K consultant, a Veterans Administration Compliance Inspector, an approved sponsor of continuing education for home inspectors. He teaches a home inspector prep course at Guilford Technical Community College for the past 6 years. Darryl operates a real estate inspection service in Greensboro for the pass eight years. Formerly the plant engineer for Miller Brewing Company in Eden North Carolina. Darryl is the president of NC-interNACHI and one of the founders.
Tom Copper
Tom started his career after college and worked in his family's construction business in the Metrolina Area of North Carolina until 1990,when he returned to the Triad area. Experienced in new home construction and site development, he has brought over 25 years of construction experience to the local home inspection industry in the piedmont triad. Tom is a licensed general contractor, licensed home inspector, and is a FHA inspector and a HUD 203K consultant. Tom is president of “Inspections By Tom” conducting inspections in the Winston-Salem area. Tom is a founding member of the North Carolina Chapter of interNACHI.
Chris Furgerson
His commitment to his clients and his industry led him to work closely with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) to co-found a North Carolina-based chapter to help raise the bar for the industry statewide (NC-InterNACHI). Chris is a peer review committee member and is well recognized and received by his peers in the state. He has been appointed the NC-InterNACHI Legislative Liason, representing all InterNACHI members before the North Carolina legislature. Chris is a licensed general contractor along with his state license for home inspections. He also is a Veteran Administration Compliance Inspector, FHA inspector and a HUD 203K consultant. Chris operates an inspection business in the Raleigh area.
